Block Invoice Before Shipment

You can set up if you always want to consume or ship a Job Planning Line before invoicing the line. This is set up in the Project Management Pro Setup by checking the boolean Block Invoice Before Shipment on.

Job posting accounts in General Posting Setup

Job posting accounts are added in General Posting Setup

  • Job Inventory Adjmt. Account Used as offset acccount when consuming an Item or Resource entry
  • Job Sales Account Used as offset acccount when invoicing an Item or Resource entry

Gen. Bus. Posting Group available on Job card (from Customer) + transfer to Job Journal

The Gen. Bus. Posting Group from the Customer is added to the Job Card. This Gen. Posting Group will be transferred to Job Journal lines when created which means that the General Posting Setup will be used for this Gen. Bus. Posting Group combined with the Gen. Posting Group from used items, resources or G/L Accounts.
